About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations by partnering with internal customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
Onboard new suppliers and maintain accurate supplier records
Drive compliance and operational excellence by creating and managing organized Supplier Business Certification packages
Resolve SCM-related exceptions, improve data accuracy, and coordinate directly with suppliers
Ensure the timely processing of receipts and vouchers
Create and maintain vendor records in Oracle, PeopleSoft, and SAP systems
Review Annual Business Certification forms to ensure supplier compliance
Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve supplier record issues
Support internal and external audits
Maintain organized electronic files and documentation to ensure record integrity and traceability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant supply chain experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related supply chain experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related supply chain experience
4+ years of experience with PeopleSoft
