Supervise remote Field Technicians
Provide general and technical training and guidance to team members
Ensure effective resource allocation for program needs
Proactively obtain customer feedback
Install, repair, configure, and maintain equipment
Travel up to 100% to remote sites
Lift items up to 32lbs and work at heights
Ability to obtain FAA Public Trust Security Clearance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
Experience with fiber, multiplexes, network topology, etc.
Experience with cable connectors and replacement including RJ-11, RJ-45, DB-25, V.35, RS-449
Experience with power testing, AD and DC
Experience with network and circuit testing (T1, DS3, etc.)
Knowledge of Microsoft or UNIX operating systems
CCNA, CCNP, A+, MCP or MCDST, Dell Certified
