Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and contribute to engineering activities across the full program lifecycle
Serve as a technical and team leader within a larger program team
Manage project execution through schedule development and maintenance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related disciplines from an ABET Accredited program
Minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience, or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
4+ years experience with mechanical detailed design and new product development, manufacturing processes, and MCAD modeling tools
Experience managing technical, cost, and schedule performance in a professional setting
Professional experience leading a technical team
