About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer, support, and optimize cloud-based infrastructure within Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services such as: EC2 S3 IAM VPC RDS CloudWatch Lambda
Configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Red Hat Linux systems.
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management using tools such as: CloudFormation Terraform Ansible
Installation of monitoring agents, STIGing, and Hardening AWS AMIs
Monitor system performance and resource usage, identify potential problems, and implement solutions to maintain system resilience and security.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Clearance: Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with Counter-Intelligence Polygraph (CI Poly)
DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level 2 Required Professional Certifications: CCNA- Security, Security+ CE, or higher certification
Experience working with continuous integration, build management, and automated test frameworks.
Experience utilizing virtualization technologies and backup solutions.
Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
