Key responsibilities & impact

collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test SAP SD solution
document business requirements for the Sales and Distribution (SD) modules
support the implementation of SD functionality for large SAP implementation projects
develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows
assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for SAP SD module
build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements
stay current with new technologies especially within SAP systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
in lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
minimum of 9 years of experience in ERP system utilization and configuration
strong understanding of Sales and Distribution, project management principles, and SAP integration points with other modules (e.g., MM, FICO, PMMO)
excellent problem-solving skills
finance Acumen: Strong understanding of finance processes, contract lifecycle, program management, and government or financial reporting requirements
in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems (ECC and S/4 Hana)
experience with development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation
exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile
