Key responsibilities & impact

Manage processes in accordance with the Lean methodology
Prepare, develop, and defend key strategic manufacturing plans, risk assessments, and proposals
Differentiate between suppliers based on their technical and business capabilities
Develop rework dispositions and work instructions for various components and materials
Determine tooling requirements and machine setup for dimensional requirements
Utilize engineering and business software to monitor hardware design configuration and updates
Determine complex design GD&T for assembly and measuring methods
Perform risk assessments to ensure risks to personnel and environment are eliminated

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
Pressure Test experience
