Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal L3Harris stakeholders to understand business needs and align subcontract and procurement support with organizational objectives.
Lead, develop, and manage a large team of subcontracts managers and procurement professionals to ensure effective execution and achievement of business objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 9 years of program management experience required;
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of program management experience required.
Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS requirements required.
Graduate degree with a minimum of 7 years of program management experience preferred.
Government buying experience.
Experience issuing supplier contracts in support of direct programs above the TINA threshold with minimal guidance.
Experience leading remote teams in support of program management activities.
