About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the company’s field representative at critical and highly sensitive base and remote locations.
Support hardware and software installation, as well as configuration and troubleshooting on complex integrated network systems.
Support regular, special, and integrated system test programs including scenario-based, developmental, and operational testing at company and customer locations.
Represent customer requirements in the Agile/Scrum software development cycle while maintaining positive customer interactions.
Provide on-site support for installation, integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of c-UAS systems.
Conduct system testing, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
Deliver comprehensive training to end-users and operators on the proper use and maintenance of c-UAS equipment.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve complex technical issues and facilitate continuous improvement of c-UAS systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 11 years of prior related experience.
Secret clearance or higher required.
3+ years of hands-on experience with c-UAS technologies or similar defense/security systems.
Diagnostic tools and test equipment experience.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Development of test cases to properly validate software features.
Ability to travel 30%, including potential deployment to remote or hostile environments.
