Key responsibilities & impact

Primary interface between IT and the business to identify requirements and translate into solutions
Support existing ERP production footprint
Design enhancements and solution new implementations where business needs necessitate them
Stakeholder collaboration and communication
Define project scope with stakeholders and act as a liaison between IT and the business
Guide and manage the performance of the managed service provider
Build strong customer relationships by aligning system solutions to meet business requirements
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows
Recommend, develop, and document effective value-add processes and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 9 years of relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP configuration and implementation, with a focus on PeopleSoft or Oracle EBS
Proven track record of leading complex projects with a comprehensive knowledge of ERP processes and data structures
