About the role

  • Lead business development activities for LHX Processing and Data Storage solutions within the Military Avionics business division.
  • Responsible for shaping and leading customer interactions, strategy development, business development, market assessments, business case development, pipeline growth, and account management.
  • Develop, refine and update business cases.
  • Develop capture plans, win strategies, and lead capture activities.
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence and competitive landscape understanding to inform business development and capture efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver written and oral briefs to customers and senior executives.
  • Manage CRM for cross-segment pursuits.
  • Develop strategic plans to advance business area objectives and promote revenue and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
  • Active Secret Security Clearance Preferred
  • F-35 and/or F-22 pilot experience
  • Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
  • USAF acquisitions experience such as F-35/F-22 SPO, CCA (Collaborative Combat Aircraft), SAF/AQ, ACC A5/8
  • USAF Weapons School Graduate and/or OT&E (Operational Test & Evaluation) experience
  • Competent understanding of principles and theory of electronic warfare, RF, and sensing
