About the role
- Ensure viable technical solutions consistent with the sales capture strategy
- Craft high quality proposal documents and technical drawings
- Participate in discussions and presentations with stakeholders to advance projects
- Work closely with Sales Leaders to prioritize team assignments and manage workload
- Drive efficiencies and improvements in System Engineering Processes
- Mentor and manage a high-performance team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 9 years prior telecommunications systems design experience
- Graduate Degree with 7 years prior experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
- Experience in design of Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems (P25, DMR, LTE, etc)
- Experience in managing a cross-functional team virtually with geographically dispersed team members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to accommodate multiple projects
- Self-directed and willing to take initiative.
