Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure viable technical solutions consistent with the sales capture strategy
Craft high quality proposal documents and technical drawings
Participate in discussions and presentations with stakeholders to advance projects
Work closely with Sales Leaders to prioritize team assignments and manage workload
Drive efficiencies and improvements in System Engineering Processes
Mentor and manage a high-performance team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree with 9 years prior telecommunications systems design experience
Graduate Degree with 7 years prior experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
Experience in design of Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems (P25, DMR, LTE, etc)
Experience in managing a cross-functional team virtually with geographically dispersed team members
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to accommodate multiple projects
Self-directed and willing to take initiative.
