Support concept of operation development and requirements analysis, decomposition, and generation at various levels of the system, including space systems.
Develop and implement MBSE methodologies and frameworks to support engineering projects, with a focus on space systems.
Conduct systems modeling and simulation to analyze system performance and validate requirements, specifically for space systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment of MBSE practices within space systems projects.
Provide leadership and technical guidance in the application of MBSE across the organization, especially in space systems.
Conduct training and mentoring for engineering staff on MBSE tools and best practices, with an emphasis on space systems experience.
Ability to obtain a US Government TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
5+ years experience in MBSE tools such as MagicDraw, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect
Experience operating in a systems engineering role related to space systems products/systems
Professional experience leading complex technical projects and teams, focused on space systems
Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or similar certification preferred.
Experience with SysML (Systems Modeling Language)
Prior experience in the aerospace or defense industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in space systems.
