About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension and more
- Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes
- Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect
- Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines
- Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in Full Cycle recruiting with active sourcing
- Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience is required.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting
- Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, selection of talent, and closing strategies (negotiations, etc.)
