About the role
- Organizing tradeshows, gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence, and managing budgets for BD activities
- Develop and manage event schedules, budgets, and logistics
- Coordinate with communications organization to develop cohesive tradeshow & conference marketing materials
- Track and analyze leads generated through tradeshows and report on ROI
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Provide insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis
- Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines
- Provide regular budget reports and analysis to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant business development, communications or marketing experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related business development, communications or marketing experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related business development, communications or marketing experience
- Proven experience in tradeshow organization, competitive intelligence, and budget management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
