About the role

  • Provide on-site support for the installation, integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of c-UAS systems.
  • Conduct system testing, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to end-users and operators on the proper use and maintenance of c-UAS equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve complex technical issues and facilitate continuous improvement of cUAS systems.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in c-UAS technology and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, security, and operational protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
  • Secret clearance or higher required
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with c-UAS technologies or similar defense/security systems
  • Ability to travel 30%, including potential deployment to remote or hostile environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Holder of a Department of Defense Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one) required
  • Experience with related technologies such as radar systems, electronic warfare, or surveillance systems.
  • Appropriate technology industry certifications such as CompTIA’s A+/Network+/Security+/Server+, Cisco CCNA/CCDA, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, etc. strongly preferred
