About the role
- Provide functional management for 20-40 engineers with Systems Integration and Test responsibilities
- Provide engineering staffing and labor planning for programs, pursuits, and internal projects supporting space-based remote sensing payloads and systems
- Lead training, talent development, engagement, retention, and overall management of the workforce
- Support pursuits and proposals in the business, including review/approval of technical proposals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
- Experience directly managing employees in an integrated engineering organization.
- Experience across product lifecycle, especially in the area of verification planning and execution
- Active TS/SCI security clearance is preferred.
