About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Visit suppliers to review product & process issues
Interface with internal and external customers to ensure requirements are met
Analyze supplier processes and verify compliance with orders, drawings, etc.
Review and approval of supplier FAIs IAW AS9102
Conduct investigation and root cause analysis for suppliers
Manage supplier performance and ensure 100% quality rating
Actively contribute in Early Supplier Engagements and Control Plan activity
Resolve issues with purchase order inspection packages
Report supplier quality history as requested

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant Quality experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related Quality experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related Quality experience
Possession of a valid driver’s license
Working knowledge of AS9100 Aerospace Quality Management System Standard and AS9102
Experience in manufacturing and/or inspections required
Strong problem solving, RCCA and investigation experience required
Certified Quality Engineer strongly preferred
2+ years’ experience with actuators and valves
