Support concept of operation development and requirements analysis, decomposition, and generation at various levels of the system
Developing and implementing MBSE methodologies and frameworks to support engineering projects.
Conduct systems modeling and simulation to analyze system performance and validate requirements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment of MBSE practices.
Providing leadership and technical guidance in the application of MBSE across the organization.
Conducting training and mentoring for engineering staff on MBSE tools and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Proficiency in MBSE tools such as MagicDraw, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect.
Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and teams.
Ability to obtain a US Government TS/SCI Security Clearance.
