About the role
- Perform non-destructive tests on various materials and products
- Set-up and maintain equipment and assure calibration for tests to be performed
- Conduct inspections of materials, parts, and assemblies using automated and manual methods
- Interpret, evaluate, and report test results of specific products
- Work on non-destructive testing assignments of routine nature and limited complexity
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to acquire security clearance
- Knowledge of Applicable laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations
- Knowledge of the Techniques, tools, and equipment used in the inspection process
- Knowledge of Non-destructive testing methods
- Basic arithmetic, algebra, and physics principles and operations to solve problems
- Ability to interpret Engineering specifications, drawings, blueprints, production plans, and/or work instructions
