Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on system requirements
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs through to resolution
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software performance meets the high standards required for L3Harris operations
Collaborate with software developers to identify system requirements and resolve issues
Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems
Analyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes in collaboration with the development team
Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
UEWR testing experience

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
Security+ Active Secret Clearance Preferred
Excellent organization skills
Effective communication skills in a collaborative team environment
Requires comprehensive level knowledge of Electronic Warfare and System Engineering
Familiarity with Boundary Scan/LabVIEW/MATLAB/other tools for instrument control
Proficient at JIRA/Confluence (or equivalent)
Experience in Agile & DevOps methodology and culture
JAVA and C++ application SW testing
Proficent in Linux Automation
