About the role

  • Develops, implements and analyzes manufacturing engineering plans and projects.
  • Creates and maintains process documentation and work instructions.
  • Works with other Engineers and Operators to identify and implement process improvements and projects.
  • Establishes root cause and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods and tools.
  • Supports production validation builds on new/modified processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant engineer experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related engineer experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related engineer experience.
  • RCCA, PFEMA, APQP experience.
