About the role
- Develops, implements and analyzes manufacturing engineering plans and projects.
- Creates and maintains process documentation and work instructions.
- Works with other Engineers and Operators to identify and implement process improvements and projects.
- Establishes root cause and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods and tools.
- Supports production validation builds on new/modified processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant engineer experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related engineer experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related engineer experience.
- RCCA, PFEMA, APQP experience.
