About the role
- Perform periodic training material reviews for both operational and support training products.
- Schedule, lead formal and informal classroom instruction for all organizational divisions
- Lead training meetings, attend ops update briefings, exercise, strategic planning meetings, and tool demonstrations, sharing SME knowledge & system expertise.
- Offer hands-on system training for operators upon request.
- Maintain system proficiency in operational systems operated under the contract portfolio.
- Author training documentation and builds visual aids with step-by-step instructions, capturing system screenshots with supporting annotations.
- Familiarize self and training team members with developing system tools, updates relevant job aids, checklists and training reference material.
- Assist in system integration and development efforts as SME and user resource.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Top Secret SCI with CI Poly required.
- 3+ years’ experience with DoW Instructional System Design (ISD) or equivalent
- 3+ years space operations and/or experience using NRO on-orbit space systems tools, System Tool Kit (STK), and threat determination analysis tools.
