About the role

  • Respond to inquiries related to staffing and the internal referral program
  • Compile and submit referral bonus payroll information bi-weekly
  • Review and submit talent acquisition and corporate credit card expenses/invoices through internal invoice processing software
  • Schedule and coordinate various calendar events as needed
  • Assigning and maintaining sourcing licenses for the recruiting team
  • End of month data integrity review/reconciliation
  • Drafting requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System as requested
  • Performs various administrative and clerical tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 8 years prior HR or administrative experience
  • 2-year post-secondary/AA Degree and 4 years prior experience in HR or administrative roles
  • 1 year hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel with advanced experience formatting
  • Advanced experience using pivot tables and v-lookup formulas
