About the role
- Respond to inquiries related to staffing and the internal referral program
- Compile and submit referral bonus payroll information bi-weekly
- Review and submit talent acquisition and corporate credit card expenses/invoices through internal invoice processing software
- Schedule and coordinate various calendar events as needed
- Assigning and maintaining sourcing licenses for the recruiting team
- End of month data integrity review/reconciliation
- Drafting requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System as requested
- Performs various administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 8 years prior HR or administrative experience
- 2-year post-secondary/AA Degree and 4 years prior experience in HR or administrative roles
- 1 year hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel with advanced experience formatting
- Advanced experience using pivot tables and v-lookup formulas
