About the role

  • Lead a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) to achieve product line's delivery, quality and cost goals
  • Managing all delivery, quality, schedule, and cost targets associated with a program's production
  • Develop and execute the Production Integrated Product Team (P-IPT) business rhythm
  • Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet delivery commitments
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Managing financial impacts and program budgets (EVM & Control Account Manager Duties), Safety, Security, PP&C, Global Supply Chain and IT

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate and develop solutions to technical problems with minimum supervision
  • Experience and familiarity with MS Office products
