About the role
- Lead a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) to achieve product line's delivery, quality and cost goals
- Managing all delivery, quality, schedule, and cost targets associated with a program's production
- Develop and execute the Production Integrated Product Team (P-IPT) business rhythm
- Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet delivery commitments
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Managing financial impacts and program budgets (EVM & Control Account Manager Duties), Safety, Security, PP&C, Global Supply Chain and IT
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and develop solutions to technical problems with minimum supervision
- Experience and familiarity with MS Office products
