About the role

  • partnering with Program Managers, and cross-functional teams to provide financial leadership across program planning, execution, and performance measurement
  • perform monthly Earned Value, quarterly EACs, and weekly financial risk and opportunity assessment for Orders, Sales, Profit, and Cash
  • development of quarterly EACs; analyze/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data
  • responsible for influencing day-to-day execution of all financial activity related to Programs, Proposals, Reviews
  • lead program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting, cost accounting and overseeing of cost and schedule integration
  • partner with IPT members to execute baselining, Estimate to Completion (ETC), and change management processes
  • perform risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and schedule risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field
  • minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree and minimum of 4 years prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years prior related experience
  • 6-10 years’ experience in Microsoft Office applications
  • proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience with SAP and EVMS including COBRA
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
