About the role
- Responsible for managing capacity improvement and transition projects across multiple L3Harris sites
- Oversee capacity improvement projects across functions and sites
- Create and execute project schedules and budgets
- Manage transfer projects including knowledge transfer, process handovers, and transition planning
- Report to senior leadership on business performance
- Identify and validate needed capital investment to support business need
- Facilitate cross-functional team formation
- Up to 10% business travel within the continental U.S.
- Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience
- 3+ years' experience with Program/Project Management
- Advanced business knowledge
- Earned value or cost account manager experience
- Experience with Capital Management and/or Budget Management during planning phases
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and aerospace industry experience is highly desirable
- Previous experience with EAR and ITAR
