- Support financial control of complex programs
- Partner with Program Managers and functional teams to maintain financial plans
- Perform funding analyses, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis
- Conduct financial analysis for program health
- Assist finance leadership in analyzing performance data
- Review and approve financial planning recommendations
- Monitor program adherence to budget
- Support internal and external audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
- Self-directed and proactive
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong Excel/MS Office skills
