About the role

  • Oversee a Mission Systems organization within the Space Sector.
  • Drive execution of USG-based Space programs with different Class requirements.
  • Manage an organization of 250+ engineers and push boundaries of space capabilities.
  • Drive innovation and foster a collaborative environment for mission-critical projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the program lifecycle from capture to delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 15 years of prior relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.
  • 3+ years of large-team management experience, leading a team >50 resources across multiple disciplines.
  • 5+ years of Space Systems experience
  • Multi-disciplinary technical experience in Space and Ground Domain or other adjacent domains.
  • Experience successfully executing multi-sector engineering efforts.
