About the role

  • Oversee highly complex and large-scale Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Sector engineering programs
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team
  • Serve as the primary liaison for project stakeholders
  • Identify potential opportunities & risks and develop robust mitigation plans
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process
  • Manage project budgets and manpower demand/supply
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
  • Minimum of 16 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
  • Ability to travel (10-25%) both CONUS & OCONUS
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance is required
  • Demonstrated experience in engineering project management
  • Demonstrated leadership roles
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale complex engineering projects
  • Demonstrated organizational, strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence or similar)
