Leading a team of approximately 10 product inspectors within the Q&MA Product Acceptance organization
Ensuring delivered products conform to contractual and L3Harris requirements for product quality
Implementing quality and efficiency process improvement initiatives
Performing team management and direct charge inspection duties
Guiding team to resolve technical challenges
Collaborating with manufacturing and quality factory management peers

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant Quality experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related Quality experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related Quality experience
Comprehensive knowledge and skills associated with manufacturing and/or inspection of aerospace products
Requires management and leadership knowledge in a Quality or Manufacturing role
Experience directly managing a Quality Inspection or Quality Organization in an Aerospace or Defense manufacturing environment
Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, and/or other quality standards
Direct experience with fabrication, assembly, test, and inspection processes commonly used to produce aerospace components and sub-assemblies.
