About the role
- Support optimization of production facilities
- Defect identification, resolution, and root cause investigations
- New production system design/layout
- Maintain and develop detailed time standards, process simulations
- Demonstrate process ownership of established manufacturing activities
- Support process tooling development, design reviews, implementation into manufacturing processes
- Support energetic assembly and manufacturing operations
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial and Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or similar major
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience or Graduate Degree with 4 years of related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- Strong problem solving and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with manufacturing process design
- Collaboration experience with cross-functional teams
