Responsible for the design, development and implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating company products
Performs analysis on reported nonconformities and discrepancies related to assembly and mechanical systems
Further investigates the cause for discrepancies and develops disposition and corrective action plans
Leads material review board and Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) activities
Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
Excellent critical thinking skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Working knowledge of ISO and AS quality standards and procedures
Experience using 3D CAD software
Hands on experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
