About the role
- Manage and supervise personnel and all aspects of security program.
- Prepare security plans, review/enforce applicable guidelines, and establish procedures for all areas of responsibility.
- Coordinate with Personnel Security staff, Physical/Technical Security, Classification Management, Communication Security (COMSEC), and Program Security.
- Ensure all employees, contractors, or subcontractors are trained and comply with security policies.
- Develop and administer an Operational Security Program, standard operating procedures for classified and sensitive materials.
- Administer and coordinate security activities in accordance with company policies and federal regulations.
- Lead, support, and conduct Government Security Investigations on personnel, processes, and situations.
- Prepare reports specifying preventive/corrective actions to be taken.
- Conduct security education training and security audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 1 year of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 5 years of prior related experience.
- Requires an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance eligibility; adjudicated and in-scope U.S. Government T5 investigation.
- Minimum of 4 years experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Security Management, Homeland Security, Security Administration, Criminal Justice, Industrial Security Management, Information Systems Security, Information Technology Management or other relevant.
- Familiarity and experience with SIMS, DISS, e-Qip, ICD 705 etc.
- Proficiency and experience with Insider Threat Program Management.
- FSO certification via current Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) criteria.
- DCSA Insider Threat Management certification.
- Self-initiative; compliance focused, customer service oriented.
- DCS and/or FMS experience.
- Experience with International travel requests.
