About the role
- Develop Parametric Cost Models (PCMs) to deliver comprehensive cost estimates
- Support cost estimating activities aligned with SMS growth strategies in all business areas
- Adhere to CEAD processes and procedures
- Work with pursuit and program teams to implement the Parametric Cost Modeling framework process to estimate product costs
- Map the TruePlanning® architecture into a standard WBS
- Ensure the pursuit or program team is trained to interpret the PCM inputs and outputs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering or related field)
- Minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience in cost estimating
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
- Active Secret Security Clearance or higher
- Professional experience working with and conforming to security and compliance regulations
- Professional experience working with TruePlanning® cost estimating software
