About the role
- Provide program level support to FAA programs
- Collect and input data that’s required to maintain accurate records, baselines, and sustainment of systems
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to processes, procedures, and work flows
- Work with various ILS functions across multiple Harris campuses to assist in processing and disposition material, archiving records, and updating databases
- Maintain critical spares for the labs and provide analysis on minimum quantity levels
- Provide supply support involving cataloging, receiving, distributing, and replenishment
- Provide optimization techniques that will improve the layout, inventory, and controls of FAA assets
- Review and update ILS procedures, operating instructions, and check lists to ensure accuracy
- Provide data entry to ensure new material’s registered and warranty information is captured
- Develop and analyze metrics related to shipment and repairs
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a team and independently
- Organized, with ability to prioritize assignments
- Periodic lifting and moving of equipment required
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Pursuing B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or other technical discipline.
