About the role

  • Works closely with the customer to design and implement new system functionality
  • Writes requirements and supports development
  • Performs integration testing of new or modified products
  • Verifies and validates new baseline functionality
  • Interfaces with Systems Engineers and other departments to understand baseline functionality
  • Develops ELINT technology and capabilities with Internal Research and Development
  • Documents system testing status and anomalies
  • Ensures customer satisfaction with system performance
  • Develops and adheres to schedules and budgets
  • Provides regular status updates
  • Analyzes customer requirements and develops test planning/procedures
  • Engages in entire Program/Engineering Life Cycle Phases and Activities
  • Owns FPGA development activities

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree with six (6) years of Operational ELINT Field experience
  • Graduate degree with four (4) years of Operational ELINT Field experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of Operational ELINT Field experience
  • Must have an active Secret Clearance at the time of hire with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
  • Leadership - Task or IPT Leader
