About the role

  • Build, lead, and manage a cross-functional engineering team
  • Technical, cost, and schedule accountability for technical program execution
  • Manage contract change and all phases of the portfolio
  • Review and approve estimate to complete (ETCs) of the engineering content
  • Conduct trade studies to compare different hardware design options
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Support new business pursuits and proposal cost reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline
  • Minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of program technical leadership experience
  • Knowledge of CAM principles and experience managing CAM activities
  • In-depth knowledge of project management and systems engineering philosophies
  • Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in Windows interface, Microsoft Office package
  • Experience leading hardware/software integration and qualification
