About the role
- Establish and maintain multiple projects for Proprietary modification programs
- Work with technical, manufacturing, and administrative functions to identify improvement areas
- Communicate with all levels of co-workers, senior management, and customers
- Act as primary customer contact for program maintenance activities
- Lead program review sessions with customers
- Assist in preparation of proposals and specifications of contracts
- Drive all phases of aircraft requirements and modification installation planning and execution
- Set goals and empower individuals to own their assignments
- Identify program growth opportunities and facilitate new customer opportunities
- Maintain a collaborative work environment and provide constructive feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to maintain
- Demonstrate MS Office Tools including MS Project
- Demonstrate experience with SAP (or other ERP system)
- Demonstrate experience in Manufacturing/Aircraft Maintenance preferred
