About the role
- Perform various tasks and activities as a Senior Scientist, Project Engineer
- Engage and inspire teams, influencing business area decisions
- Develop technical volumes within Bids & Proposals
- Communicate strategically with internal and external contacts
- Establish direction for new systems and technical solutions
- Recommend and implement engineering strategies and operational plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline
- Graduate Degree in a business or engineering discipline or a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience
- Detailed knowledge of Engineering (Systems & Aero Mechanical/Electrical/Flight Sciences), Manufacturing, Production, Test and Operational delivery product lifecycle
- Knowledge of Engineering gates/stages, lifecycle and phases (bidding/estimating, requirements, design, development, integration, test, and delivery)
- Knowledge of data analytics, trend evaluations, and reporting
- Proficient in Engineering Configuration Control and Change Management
- Proficient in MS Office products
