About the role

  • Manage user data access permission and data access requests, while complying with Access Management and compliance standards.
  • Attend all required Access Management subject training as well as complete all L3H mandatory training.
  • Identify and document data owners when needed for resolution of access requests following standards.
  • Complete requests for privileged account access to data as well as account creation and password safety.
  • Complete requests for group policy exceptions in accordance with standards and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as security and compliance, to ensure data security policies are effectively implemented.
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex data security issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 0 years of prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, enterprise IT, and Active Directory
  • Familiarity with data security and governance principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on building relationships and ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
