About the role
- Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified, sensitive, or proprietary materials
- Research, interpret, and implement federal security regulations
- Maintain awareness of interdisciplinary compliance requirements across finance, cyber security, information technology, and trade compliance
- Obtain rulings and interpretations for regulatory compliance from government agencies
- Prepare detailed manuals outlining regulations
- Establish protocols for personnel and visitor access
- Investigate security infractions and prepare reports
- Collect, assimilate, and interpret compliance and workplace risks
- Supervise lower-level professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
- USG Security Clearance Required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present reports to management
- Motivated to thoroughly investigate, analyze, and document system issues and resolutions
- Ability to produce quality deliverables and complete assigned projects on time
- Consistent attention to detail
