About the role
- Work with team members to support successful technical demonstrations, trials, and exercises
- Provide input during the evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the account managers as an equipment technical advisor
- Understand customer requirements and use-cases for product applications and recommending equipment solutions that will meet those requirements
- Understand the features of L3Harris products and conveying how those features benefit individual and unique customers
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to support customer requirements and support efforts
- Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support for L3Harris products to customers, to include operation, limited maintenance, and technical support
- Provide training to customers on L3Harris products
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 years prior experience
- Graduate Degree with 4 years prior experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- Active US Secret Security Clearance Preferred
- L3Harris tactical radio experience using HF, VHF, UHF, MANET, & SATCOM waveforms
- Internet Protocol (IP) networking experience
- Systems engineering/integration experience
