About the role

  • Work with team members to support successful technical demonstrations, trials, and exercises
  • Provide input during the evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the account managers as an equipment technical advisor
  • Understand customer requirements and use-cases for product applications and recommending equipment solutions that will meet those requirements
  • Understand the features of L3Harris products and conveying how those features benefit individual and unique customers
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to support customer requirements and support efforts
  • Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support for L3Harris products to customers, to include operation, limited maintenance, and technical support
  • Provide training to customers on L3Harris products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 years prior experience
  • Graduate Degree with 4 years prior experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
  • Active US Secret Security Clearance Preferred
  • L3Harris tactical radio experience using HF, VHF, UHF, MANET, & SATCOM waveforms
  • Internet Protocol (IP) networking experience
  • Systems engineering/integration experience
