About the role
- Conceives and plans a variety of complex facilities engineering projects
- Provides technical advice on feasibility, planning, costs, and time requirements
- Coordinate and manage capital projects
- Acts as a technical adviser and expert on building HVAC system design
- Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and codes for work performed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant Facilities experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
- Preferably degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills
