About the role
- Maintain/track daily updates regarding system failures, system performance, and performance metrics for both ADS-B radio stations and FAA Service Delivery Points
- TPM Reporting must confirm and present evidence supporting their outage conclusion, including network performance management processes
- Update performance tracking presentations for FAA and L3Harris management covering current-month outages and performance issues
- Develop corrective action plans in response to FAA requests and track completion of planned efforts
- Coordinate with multiple program teams performing artifact analysis for all outages
- Provide clear evidence supporting outage times defined by L3Harris
- Lead and manage the outage investigation process with L3Harris Engineering Modeling and Analysis team
- Create and deliver on-time monthly CDRL documents to FAA
- Communicate and coordinate network and system performance to L3Harris and FAA management
- Obtain the technical performance proof and adjust impact and cause statements in reports accordingly
- Track analysis requests and collect results to be incorporated into report deliverable
- Drive the investigation/analysis process workflow across multiple elements of the organization and generate TPM Outages and Deviation report deliverables at the end of the month
- Travel <10% of the time, typically 1 week per quarter
- Interface and maintain good relationship with FAA Second Level Engineering (SLE)
- Develop process and procedure documentation, focusing on identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities throughout the program performance tracking lifecycle
- Obtain and maintain an FAA Public Trust clearance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 9 years of prior relevant logistics or project management experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related logistics or project management experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite a plus
- Past experience demonstrating the ability to track network performance status
- General knowledge of computer networking terms and processes
- General knowledge of aviation terms and processes
- Self-motivated and receptive to learning and expanding personal knowledge base
- Personable with good communications skills to interface with customers and suppliers
- Willing to learn and work both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
