Maintain up-to-date records of COMSEC inventory and submit required accounting reports IAW policies and procedures
Programming and local distribution of COMSEC devices
Coordinate and track actions necessary to ensure all COMSEC materials are delivered to customer locations
Order, receipt, loading and management of COMSEC keying material
Ensure each COMSEC Element accounts follow NSA policies
Provide technical and administrative support to COMSEC equipment holders
Update and maintain the SOPs for multiple COMSEC activities
Re-key/upgrade all circuits as required
Assist in properly storing, managing, and maintaining accountability within KMI and DIAS on all COMSEC material and assets
Ensure prompt and accurate preparation, signature, and submission of account correspondence, message, and accounting reports
Aid in corporate and DCSA assessments

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of KMI & DIAS experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of KMI & DIAS experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a CI poly
Experience working in a COMSEC Account with a large volume of transactions and hand receipts
Have completed required NSA COMSEC training within the required performance timelines
