About the role
- Lead the Engineering Talent Programs Pipeline
- Facilitate career coaching sessions
- Lead and coordinate key engineering talent pipeline programs
- Create presentations and brief leadership on talent pipeline status
- Lead the planning and execution of Engineers Week (Eweek) and annual patent and engineering & technology awards
- Coordinate with the recruiting team on university career fairs
- Obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance
- Travels up to 25% domestic
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field of study
- minimum of 12 years of prior relevant work experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- Prior experience working within an engineering organization in a technical or engineering-adjacent role
- Proven track record leading engineering-focused talent programs or initiatives
