About the role
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets
- Responsible for technical baseline development, resource identification, allocation and management of team
- Lead the technical development of the program
- Engage with other cross-functional leaders, advocating the Program’s needs and priorities
- Interface and work closely with the customer(s) on technical and contractual requirements
- Working in conjunction with PM and Proposal Lead
- Proactively engage in risk management to identify potential issues
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation
- Ensure alignment and compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years prior related experience
- Proven work experience as a Systems Engineer, Project Engineer or similar role
- 2 or more years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 4 years or more experience using Root Cause Analysis techniques
- Ability to obtain security clearance from the US Government which requires US Citizenship
