About the role

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets
  • Responsible for technical baseline development, resource identification, allocation and management of team
  • Lead the technical development of the program
  • Engage with other cross-functional leaders, advocating the Program’s needs and priorities
  • Interface and work closely with the customer(s) on technical and contractual requirements
  • Working in conjunction with PM and Proposal Lead
  • Proactively engage in risk management to identify potential issues
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation
  • Ensure alignment and compliance with company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or related Engineering discipline
  • Minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years prior related experience
  • Proven work experience as a Systems Engineer, Project Engineer or similar role
  • 2 or more years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 4 years or more experience using Root Cause Analysis techniques
  • Ability to obtain security clearance from the US Government which requires US Citizenship
