About the role
- Support complex programs consisting of cost plus and fixed price work
- Responsible for engaging with cross-functional teams to effectively support the program from a financial perspective
- Responsible for knowing L3Harris policies and procedures and for providing guidance to other team members
- Provide financial analysis for audits and other financial activities
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be capable of interfacing and forming working relationships with the senior management staff
- Must possess strong communication skills (oral, written, listening)
- Must have good organizational skills and be capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PeopleSoft & Queries; and Hyperion Planning applications
- Must understand and know how to implement earned value management processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
- Ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance
- 2-5 years of experience with Hyperion/HFPSI and Peoplesoft & Queries
- 6+ years of experience with EVM, financial performance reporting, internal/customer reporting
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills set
- Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with ability to proactively solve complex problems
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
- Good organizational skills and capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks
