About the role
- Develop comprehensive system and facility requirements for the specification, design, and construction of a propulsion system manufacturing facility
- Collaborate with Operations and Manufacturing Engineering to enhance facility performance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met during the design and construction phases
- Provide support for project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion
- Ensure facility design requirements comply with all relevant safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Systems Engineering or related field
- Minimum 6 years of prior Industrial Systems Engineering or related experience
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- Active US Secret Clearance is preferred.
