About the role
- Define, trace and maintain test process requirements
- Test procedure creation and maintenance
- Improve test yield through root cause and corrective action
- Create product related technical information in support of Operations
- Ensure overall technical performance for Test Engineering developments
- Work with Engineering to facilitate transition of products from design to production
- Provide input to Engineering for product lifecycle management
- Manage projects for Test Engineering development
- Mentor Engineers with less experience
- Provide input to organizational vision
- Provide technical test consultation to internal organizations, contract manufacturers or customers
- Represent Test Engineering in technical discussions
- Evaluate contract manufacturers capabilities
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering
- Or completed Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- US citizenship required for security clearance
